Moving into summer, Neal will be playing at Café La Scala on Saturday June 25^th. There are very few (if any) original music venues in the busy Corydon area so this should be an interesting evening (plus La Scala is actually one of Neal's favourite Italian restaurants).

A few weeks later, he'll be making his return to Toronto for a set at Holy Joe's (651 Queen St. W.) on Saturday July 16^th. Details are coming soon and will be updated in the events section.

In other news, Neal has also been playing bass for local jazz/folk/fusion artist Stewart McEwen. Neal has always been a huge fan of Stewart and is honoured to be part of his rhythm section along with drummer Jed Desilets.

Be sure to check out the song "Over:Closure" in the soundbytes. It's a dark and simple composition featuring only vocals and piano - one of Neal's first songs to be written on piano.
